Short-Term Rental Agreement

Property: Applies to all properties operated by Serenity Living LTD

1. Booking & Payment

50% of the total payment is required upon booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Payments made are non-refundable.
Any amounts not paid will not be charged.
Quotes are valid for a maximum of 48 hours when the quote status is “Pending for guests” or “Pending for payment.”
By completing your booking, you agree to adhere to this Short-Term Rental Agreement.

2. Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation value is required.
The deposit is authorized on the guest’s card and released 5 days after check-out if no damages are found.
Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning may be deducted from the deposit.

3. House Rules

No smoking inside the property.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony, garden, or roof terrace using ashtrays provided.
No parties or events are permitted.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Pets are not allowed.
Street parking is available. Guests must park on the single white line as per Maltese traffic law.
Guests must keep the property tidy and dispose of rubbish according to local recycling rules.
Guests are required to follow the full house rules available in the property brochure.

4. Liability

Serenity Living LTD / The Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.
Guests are responsible for securing the property and their own safety.
